This site offers free play-money poker (Texas Hold'em and Omaha) against AI opponents, along with strategy guides and interactive tools. There is no real-money play, no deposits, no withdrawals, and no real chips of monetary value.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. By using the site you confirm that you are.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of the site (DDoS, scraping at abusive rates, attacking the server).
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly served.
- Impersonate other users (e.g. submitting leaderboard entries under false nicknames intended to defame).
- Submit spam, malicious links, or harassment via any contact form.
4. Intellectual property
Site content (guides, tools, design) is © Online-Poker.ai unless otherwise noted. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link to the original. Wholesale republishing without permission is not allowed. Card images and standard poker terminology are public domain.
5. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Strategy advice in articles and tools represents the editorial team's best understanding; poker outcomes always involve variance and we make no promises about your results. The site is for educational and entertainment purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including lost time, lost play-money chips, or any decisions made based on site content.
7. Gambling note
The site does not facilitate real-money gambling. If you intend to play poker for real money, please use a UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) licensed operator or your jurisdiction's equivalent. If you or someone you know has a problem with gambling, contact GamCare or BeGambleAware.
8. Termination

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Changes
Material changes to these terms will be reflected by a change to the "Last updated" date and a homepage notice.
