What we can and cannot help with

Yes: bugs in the poker table, errors in guides, topic suggestions, broken tools, data-deletion requests.
No: recovering a "real-money" account — we do not run one. There is no account to recover, no balance to refund, no withdrawal to process.
For privacy / data requests, include the email or leaderboard nickname you used so we can find your record. See the Privacy Policy for what we store.
