Poker Hand Replayer
Paste a PokerStars-format hand history, pick a sample, or open a shared replay link — then step through the action card-by-card with an animated table view. Hero hand strength is annotated at each street using the same evaluator that powers our play-money tables. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

How the replayer works
1. Paste a PokerStars-format hand history into the box, or pick one of the sample hands from the dropdown. The parser handles standard PokerStars text from cash games (positions, blinds, streets, actions, showdown).
2. The replayer breaks the hand down into discrete steps: each blind, action, board card and showdown card is a separate frame. Use Back and Next to walk through, or hit Auto-play for a 1.5 s/step run.
3. After every step, we re-evaluate the hero's current best 5-card hand and label it (e.g. "Two Pair", "Flush Draw on a 4-card flush"). The pot grows in real time as bets and calls land.
Privacy: parsing and rendering happen entirely in your browser. The "Share this hand" link encodes the compact JSON straight into the URL (no server storage), so anyone with the link sees the same replay.
